Mr. Turza's service really helped me. He finished this task within 2 months, which I thought would take a year or so. From the very beginning he was very confident about what he was promising and finally he did it what was promised at the beginning of this matter.
My wife's life insurance claim was turned down by insurance company and I was asked to open a probate. But Mr. Turza pursued the insurance company to pay full benefits within 2 months without opening probate.
He even guided me about gift tax even after we finished our business.
He was very prompt in returning my every call and addressing each query.
I am completely satisfied with his work and would definitely recommend Mr. Turza's service to anyone who is looking for estate service.

It took Illinois five years but we are finally going to be compliance with a Federal law that was passed in 2005. It is called the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 and it radically changes the rules of Medicaid qualification for the payment of nursing home expenses.

As I am an attorney who does estate administration I probably attend more funerals than most. Funerals are awkward and it isn’t easy coming up with the right things to say.
David Kessler, author of “The Needs of the Dying," does an excellent job of providing a list of the worst—and best—things to say to the deceased’s loved ones in the article linked to below.
Be sure to scroll down and read the explanation as to traits that underlie both the worst and the best.

Bankruptcy can be a vital estate planning tool for some. My colleague Suzann Becket is a fellow member of Wealth Counsel. She recently posted the below suggestion that bankruptcy is one tool that fits into your estate management tool set.
What do Abraham Lincoln, MC Hammer, Johnny Unitas, and Walt Disney have in common? They all filed bankruptcy at some point in their lives. These men were all at the top of their field at some point in their professional lives. In some cases, such as Lincoln and Disney, the bankruptcy came relatively early. By taking stock of their situation,...

At the end of 2009 many people in declining health struggled to stay alive until January 1st so that their heirs would pay no estate taxes in 2010, the year the estate tax is repealed under the Bush tax cuts passed in 2001.
Now that we are facing the return of the estate tax in 2011 the incentive is reversed. This Wall Street Journal article does an excellent job of explaining the morbid options that an indecisive Congress has left the taxpayer with. Click here for the full article “Too Rich to Live?”
To make matters worse, Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) has vowed to obstruct any changes...
