Gregory P. Turza, J.D. practices exclusively in the area of estate planning, post mortem estate administration, and elder law. He has been helping people plan their estates for almost 30 years. He provides practical and effective answers to complex problems with explanations that are clear, cogent, and accurate.

Mr. Turza has helped his clients gain peace of mind in knowing that they have control over their affairs, that their families will be taken care of in the event of disability or death, and that their estates will be administered without unnecessary delay, taxes, or administrative expenses. Mr. Turza believes that an estate plan should not only be technically correct, but it should be clear and understandable, so that the client feels "at home" with it, and also so that surviving family members find themselves in harmony instead of in court. To achieve this result Mr. Turza creates plans that fit each client's own unique financial, personal and family circumstances.

Mr. Turza teaches estate planning to Certified Public Accountants, Certified Financial Planners, and Attorneys. He is a member of Wealth Counsel, the Trusts and Estates Committee of the Chicago Bar Association, and is Co-Chairman of the Education Committee of the Illinois/Wisconsin Estate Planning Forum where he teaches his colleagues cutting edge estate planning techniques.

Mr. Turza received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law in 1974 and he is currently licensed to practice law in Illinois and California.
